1. Service Description

APKTester provides automated Google Play closed testing using real physical Android devices. Our service helps developers meet Google Play's 14-day closed testing requirement by providing real device installs and daily active usage sessions. APKTester does not guarantee Google Play production approval — approval decisions are made solely by Google.

2. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your test before it begins for a full refund. Once testing has started (devices have opted in and the 14-day cycle is running), no refunds will be issued as device resources have been allocated.

3. Accepted Content

By submitting an app, you confirm that:

• The opt-in link and APK belong to your own application.
• Your app does not contain malicious, illegal, or harmful content.
• Your app complies with Google Play's Developer Program Policies.

APKTester reserves the right to refuse or cancel testing for apps that violate these conditions. No refund will be issued for policy violations.

4. Limitation of Liability

APKTester is not responsible for:

• Rejection or removal of your app by Google Play.
• Policy violations, account suspensions, or penalties imposed by Google.
• Any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this service.

5. Account Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and submitting apps. APKTester may suspend accounts that provide false or misleading information.

6. Privacy

We store your email address, uploaded APK files, and opt-in links solely to provide the testing service. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. APK files are deleted after testing is complete.

7. Changes to Terms

APKTester may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
