1. Our Commitment

We want you to be completely satisfied with APKTester. If our service does not meet your expectations, we offer a fair refund policy.

2. Eligible Refunds

You are eligible for a full refund in the following cases:

• The testing cycle could not be started within 24 hours of your purchase due to a technical issue on our side.
• Our devices failed to complete the 14-day testing cycle and we could not resolve the issue with a re-test.
• You request a refund within 24 hours of purchase and the testing cycle has not yet started.

3. Non-Eligible Refunds

Refunds are not available in the following cases:

• The testing cycle has already been completed successfully.
• Your Google Play opt-in link was invalid, expired, or incorrectly configured.
• Google Play rejected your app for reasons unrelated to the testing service (e.g. policy violations).
• More than 7 days have passed since the testing cycle completed.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] with your order ID and reason for the request. We will respond within 2 business days.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method through Paddle.
