Once a test credit is purchased, we do not offer refunds. This applies regardless of the outcome of your test, including if Google Play does not grant production access — that decision is made solely by Google and is separate from the testing service we provide.

2. Before You Buy

Because your testers begin work shortly after purchase, please make sure your Google Play opt-in link is correct and your app is ready before checking out. If you're unsure whether your setup is correct, contact us at [email protected] before purchasing.

3. Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge — contact us at [email protected] with your order ID and we will look into it.
